               55100 Kuala Lumpur

 

 

 

Important things to note

Applicants who are unable to attend the Ballot Draw may appoint and authorize a representative to act on their behalf.

If you wish to do so, please download the Authorization Letter below.

Applicants are required to bring the following for Ballot Draw:

  1. Original banker's cheque for RM50,000.00 payable to "Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay Sdn Bhd" – With serial number behind
  2. Original NRIC/Passport
Representatives are required to bring the following for Ballot Draw:
  1. Original authorization letter signed by Applicant
  2. Copy of Applicant's NRIC/Passport
  3. Representative's NRIC/Passport
  4. Original banker's cheque for RM50,000.00 payable to "Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay Sdn Bhd" – With serial number behind
A successful applicant is allowed to purchase one (1) unit of property only.
